Emancipationfinanciere provides administrative process consultancy focused exclusively on physical record organization. Our services cover the design of indexed classification registries for paper ledgers, restructuring of physical storage archives, and optimization of document handling protocols. We do not provide wealth management, investment advice, banking services, or credit counseling.
You agree to provide accurate information about your current filing systems, storage facilities, and internal document workflows. You are responsible for granting reasonable access to your physical archives during scheduled consultations and for implementing recommended changes with your own staff.
Any records containing sensitive personal data remain your responsibility. We will not access, copy, or retain the contents of your documents beyond what is necessary to design a classification structure.
We commit to delivering a written classification plan, a storage layout proposal, or a workflow protocol within the agreed timeline. All recommendations are based on the information you provide and on standard practices for physical record management.
Our consultancy is advisory in nature. We are not liable for losses arising from the implementation of our recommendations, including misfiled documents, retrieval delays, or damage to physical records during reorganization. You are responsible for supervising your own staff during any restructuring work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.
You may discontinue use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. We may suspend or terminate an engagement if you fail to provide necessary access to your archives, if payment is not received, or if you request services outside the scope described in Section 1.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
